摘  要:在法医鉴定中,个体识别最常用到的技术是DNA、指纹和口腔信息比对等。对于无犯罪记录个体,腭皱襞可作为DNA和指纹比对的重要补充用于法医学个体识别。腭皱襞的个体差异性和稳定性已被证实,且其位于上腭前部受到口腔软硬组织的保护,相较其他个体识别手段,受烧伤、身体创伤和其他因素的影响较小。因此,腭皱襞在法医学个体识别中具有特殊的重要性。本文对腭皱襞在法医学个体识别中的研究进展进行综述。The comparison of DNA, fingerprints and dental information is the common way to achieve individualization in the field of forensic medicine. For those without criminal record, palatal rugae can be used as an important supplement to DNA and fingerprints, when individual identification is conducted. Palatal rugae has been confirmed to have high individuality and stability, which are located at the anterior portion of the palate and are preserved by the oral hard and soft tissues. Compared with other methods for identification, palatal rugae is resistance to burns, physical trauma and other factors. Therefore, palatal rugae is particularly important in forensic identification. This article reviewed the research progress of palatal rugae for individualization if the field of forensic medicine.
