摘　　要：健全的癌症防治体系是有效开展癌症防控工作的坚实保障。省级癌症防治体系建设是完善我国癌症防治网络的重要环节。全文结合河南省癌症防控工作现状,围绕“健康中国”战略部署及癌症防治实施方案,介绍了河南省癌症防治体系建设规范。Effective cancer prevention and control are based on a well-developed cancer prevention and control system. The construction of provincial cancer prevention and control system is critical to improve China’s cancer prevention and control network in China. Based on the current situation of cancer prevention and control, the article introduces the construction norm of cancer prevention and control system in Henan Province, focusing on the strategic deployment of“Healthy China” and the implementation plan of cancer prevention and control.
