摘　　要：为宣传党中央政策方针,配合政治形势,《东北画报》工作人员创作了大量美术作品,其内容以通俗性、趣味性、知识性、观赏性的艺术特点对当地百姓思想文化的提高以及战争的胜利起到了推动作用。作为当时百姓最为喜爱的刊物之一,画报以人民为本位的艺术构建,在特定的历史时期使艺术成为“团结人民、教育人民、打击敌人、消灭敌人”的思想武器。The staff of Northeast Pictorial produced a significant amount of works with popular, interesting, informative, and artistic content in order to spread the Party Central Committee’s policies and adapt to the political environment. These works contributed to the ideological and cultural advancement of the local population as well as the war’s success. The Northeast Pictorial, one of the most widely read journals at the time, used the fine arts as an ideological weapon to “unite the people, educate the people, fight the enemy, and defeat the enemy” in that particular historical era.
