摘　　要：目的探讨磷霉素氨丁三醇散(FTP)对大肠埃希菌上行性感染盆腔炎后遗症(SPID)模型大鼠子宫内膜功能的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、FTP给药组(低、中、高剂量)各12只,除对照组外所有大鼠均构建SPID模型,造模后,FTP低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃剂量为150 mg/kg/d、300 mg/kg/d和600 mg/k/d的FTP溶液,持续7 d。观察各组子宫肿胀率和子宫组织病理变化,检测血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-10、单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-1)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,检测子宫组织c-jun氨基末端激酶/核因子κB(JNK/NF-κB)表达、成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)mRNA水平。结果与对照组比较,模型组血清IL-6、IL-10、MCP-1、TNF-α及子宫组织p-JNK/JNK、NF-κB p65、p-IκB、FGF-2、IGF-1 mRNA升高,MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,FTP高、中、低剂量组大鼠子宫肿胀率下降(P<0.05),血清IL-6、MCP-1、TNF-α以及子宫组织p-JNK/JNK、NF-κB p65、p-IκB、FGF-2、IGF-1 mRNA下降(P<0.05),血清IL-10和子宫组织MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA升高(P<0.05),并随着FTP剂量升高,作用更加明显。结论FTP可以抑制JNK/NF-κB通路表达,降低炎症反应程度,减轻SPID大鼠子宫组织损伤,改善子宫内膜功能。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of fosfomycin trometamol powder(FTP)on endometrial function of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID)model rats with Escherichia coli ascending infection.METHODS A total of 60 rats were randomly divided into the control group,the model group,the low-dose FTP group,the medium-dose FTP group and the high-dose FTP group,with 12 rats in each group.All rats were established the SPID models except the rats of the control group.The low-dose FTP group,the medium-dose FTP group and the high-dose FTP group were respectively given gavage of 150 mg/kg/d,300 mg/kg/d and 600 mg/k/d FTP solution for 7 consecutive days after the establishment of models.The uterine swelling rate and pathological changes of uterine tissues were observed,the levels of serum interleukin 6(IL-6),IL-10,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected;the expression levels of c-Jun amino-terminal kinase/nuclear factorκB(JNK/NF-κB)pathway related proteins in uterine tissues and the mRNA levels of fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF-2),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)were detected.RESULTS The levels of serum IL-6,IL-10,MCP-1 and TNF-αand the expression levels of p-JNK/JNK,NF-κB p65,p-IκB,FGF-2 and IGF-1 mRNA were significantly higher in the model group than in the control group,while the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA pf the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The uterine swelling rate of the low-dose FTP group,the medium-dose FTP group and the high-dose FTP group was significantly lower than that of the model group(P<0.05),the levels of serum IL-6,MCP-1 and TNF-αand the expression levels of p-JNK/JNK,NF-κB p65,p-IκB,FGF-2 and IGF-1 mRNA in uterine tissues were lower in the low-dose FTP group,the medium-dose FTP group and the high-dose FTP group than in the model group(P<0.05),while the serum IL-10 level and the expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA in ut
