摘  要:目的总结饮食因素对胰腺癌发病的影响及可能的作用机制。方法收集数据库中有关饮食因素与胰腺癌发病风险关系的相关研究的文献并进行综述。结果糖类、脂肪酸、蛋白质、维生素的摄入总量与胰腺癌的发病风险有关,并且同一种营养素的不同物质对胰腺癌的发病存在着不同的作用。除营养素外,近年来流行的饮料以及不同的饮食模式也能够通过特定的机制影响胰腺癌发病的风险。结论饮食因素能够通过多种机制影响胰腺癌的发病风险,健康群体可以尝试通过日常生活中对饮食因素的干预达到降低胰腺癌发病风险的目的。Objective To summarize the influence of dietary factors on the risk of pancreatic cancer and its possible mechanism.Method The literatures relevant to studies of the influence of dietary factors on the risk of pancreatic cancer were collected and reviewed.Results The total intakes of carbohydrate,fatty acid,protein,and vitamin affected the risk of pancreatic cancer,and the different substances belonging to the same nutrients had different effects on the risk of pancreatic cancer.In addition to nutrients,the popular beverages and different dietary patterns in recent years also affected the risk of pancreatic cancer through certain mechanisms.Conclusion Dietary factors can affect risk of pancreatic cancer through a variety of mechanisms,and it might decrease risk of pancreatic cancer by intervening in dietary factors in daily life for healthy people.
