补阳还五汤联合针刺督脉四穴辅治血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤联合针刺督脉四穴辅治血管性痴呆的效果。方法:70例根据门诊单双号分为对照组和观察组各35例,两组均进行基础的对症治疗,并用补阳还五汤治疗,观察组加用针刺督脉四穴治疗。结果:治疗4周后两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合针刺督脉4穴辅治血管性痴呆效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture at four acupoints of the Governor Vessel in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:Seventy cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the outpatient single and double number,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic symptomatic treatment and also treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and the observation group were treated with acupuncture at four acupoints of the Governor Vessel in addition.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture at 4 acupoints of Governor Vessel has better effect in the treatment of vascular dementia.
