通督调神针法联合葛酮通络胶囊辅治脑梗死恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通督调神针法联合葛酮通络胶囊辅治脑梗死恢复期的效果。方法:46例按照随机数字表法分为对照组22例和观察组24例,两组均给予基础治疗,另用通督调神针法治疗,观察组加用葛酮通络胶囊治疗。结果:治愈率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。NIHSS评分、血清VILIP-1、Cav-1水平、血浆黏度、全血黏度以及红细胞沉降率观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通督调神针法联合葛酮通络胶囊辅治脑梗死恢复期可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Getong Tongluo Capsule in adjuvant treatment of cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Methods:Forty-six cases were divided into the control group of 22 cases and the observation group of 24 cases according to the random number table method.Both groups were given basic treatment,additionally treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture,and the observation group were additionally treated with Gedongtongluo capsules.Results:The curative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score,serum VILIP-1,Cav-1 levels,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Getong Tongluo Capsule can improve the curative effect in the recovery period of cerebral infarction.
