摘　　要：以重载铁路固定资产投入、运营成本优化和可持续发展为目标,应用BIM、大数据分析、物联网等新一代信息技术,研发工务设备智能运维系统,对设备从上线、运行、维护到更换的全过程进行科学的闭环管理,以提升工务设备全寿命周期价值为出发点,实现工务设备管理从被动维护到主动检养修和掌握全局转变。工务设备智能运维系统提供了设备资产全寿命周期管理、检测监测一体化管理、状态评估与预测决策和安全生产管理功能,实现了工务设备相关数据的归集、管理、治理和分析应用全流程数字化管理,以及设备状态评价、设备状态趋势预测、辅助维修决策分析等多方面的服务。该系统的研发顺应并促进了重载铁路数据管理专业化、数据处理自动化、数据分析智能化的智能运维发展趋势。Aiming at the of optimization of fixed assets investment,operation cost and sustainable development of heavy haul railway. Using the new generation information technologies of BIM,Big Data Analysis,Internet of Things and so on,an intelligent operation and maintenance system of track infrastructure was researched and developted.Scientific closed-loop equipment management was carried out for the whole process from installment,operation,maintenance to replacement. Based on the improvement of the whole life cycle value of permanent way equipment,the system will realize the transformation from passive maintenance to active maintenance and mastering the overall situation. The system provides the functions of equipment asset life cycle management,integrated detection and monitoring management,condition evaluation and prediction decision-making,and safety operation managment. It realizes the digital management of the whole process of the collection,management,analysis and application of the relevant data of track infrastructure,including equipment status evaluation,equipment status trend prediction,auxiliary maintenance decision analysis and other services. The system adapts and promotes the trend of intelligent operation and maintenance of data management specialization,data processing automation and intelligent data analysis.
