国有企业领导者法治素养培育与法治精神实践路径探析

摘　　要：领导者培育法治素养、践行法治精神,是推进全面依法治国、加强法治建设的必然要求,是推进依法合规治企、有效防范风险的根本保证,是推动法治观念转变、涵养法治文化的重要前提。文章从教育引导、谋划推动、多维监督三个方面,探索分析国有企业领导者法治素养培育与法治精神实践的有效路径和方法,加快推动企业依法合规管理水平提升。Cultivation of legal literacy and practice of rule of law for leaders are the necessary requirement of promoting the comprehensive rule of law and strengthening legal construction,fundamental guarantee to promote managing enterprises according to laws and regulations and effectively prevent risks,and important premise of promoting legal concept transformation and cultivating legal culture.From 3 aspects of education and guidance,planning and promoting as well as multidimensional supervision,this paper explores and analyzes effective paths and methods for state-owned enterprise leaders to cultivate legal literacy and practice the spirit of rule of law,accelerating to promote the level enhancement of enterprise management according to laws and regulations.
