摘  要:残余应力是由钢轨生产过程中的预弯和矫直过程中的环境决定的,钢轨轨底不合理的残余应力可导致早期破坏,直接影响行车安全。为解决包钢U76CrRE稀土高强钢轨残余应力控制难点问题,结合钢轨生产实践,优化改进钢轨预弯、矫直工艺,达到降低轨底残余应力效果。The residual stress is determined by different processes in the rail production or the using environment.The unreasonable residual stress at the rail bottom can lead to early damage and directly affect the service safety.In order to solve the difficult problem of residual stress control of U76CrRE rare earth high strength rail at Baotou Steel Group,combined with rail production practice,the rail pre-bending and straightening process were optimized and improved to reduce the residual stress at the rail bottom.
