上睑松弛成形术联合带蒂眼轮匝肌瓣治疗老年人上睑睑黄瘤

摘　　要：目的 探讨上睑松弛成形术联合带蒂眼轮匝肌瓣治疗老年性上睑睑黄瘤的效果。方法 2017年9月-2019年9月间我科共治疗老年上睑黄瘤患者(76只眼),随机分为观察组及对照组各19例(38只眼),对照组只给予睑黄瘤切除术对位缝合,观察组采用上睑松弛成形术联合带蒂眼轮匝肌瓣,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果 观察组满意率94.73%%(36/38)明显高于对照组78.94%(30/38),P<0.05;从术后对照组上睑臃肿、重睑线畸形、双侧不对称及疤痕明显等术后并发症的总发生率为21.05%,明显高于观察组,P<0.05。结论 上睑松弛成形术联合带蒂眼轮匝肌瓣治疗老年性上睑睑黄瘤具有良好的手术效果,在治疗老年上睑睑黄瘤的同时具有美容效果。Objective To investigate the effect of blepharoplasty combines with pedicled orbicularis oculi muscle flap on the treatment of senile upper eyelid xanthoma.Methods From September 2019 to February 2022,76eyes of elderly patients with upper eyelid xanthoma were treated in our department,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 19 cases (38 eyes) each group randomly.The control group only received eyelid xanthoma,the excision was sutured.The observation group was treated with blepharoplasty combined with pedicled orbicularis oculi muscle flap.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.73% (36/38),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,78.94% (30/38),p<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative complications such as upper eyelid bloatiness,double eyelid line malformation,bilateral asymmetry and obvious scar in the control group was 21.05%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The surgical effect of blepharoplasty repair of senile upper eyelid xanthoma is good,and the operation has cosmetic effect in the treatment of senile upper eyelid xanthoma.
