浅谈职业院校教学能力大赛对高职教师教学综合素质能力的提升

摘　　要：职业院校教学能力大赛迄今为止举办了十一届,随着时代的进步、技术的更新,职业教育也在不断地改革。本文以作者亲身体验和心得体会为切入点,就大赛对高职教师教学综合素质能力的提升作用进行了探讨,得出经过教学能力大赛的磨砺,教学团队建设、教师教学设计能力、课程思政能力、教师示教基本功及教师创新能力均得到了很大程度的提升。Vocational institute teaching ability competition has been held for eleven sessions so far.With the progress of the times and the update of technology,vocational education is also constantly being reformed.Taking the author’s personal experience and lessons learned as the breakthrough point,this paper discussed the role of the competition in improving the comprehensive teaching quality of teachers in higher vocational institutes,and concluded that through the honing of the teaching ability competition,the construction of teaching teams,teachers’teaching design ability,curriculum ideological and political education ability,teachers’basic teaching skills and teachers’innovation ability have all been greatly improved.
