无人机系统在大型群众性活动人群管理中的应用

摘　　要：近年来,在我国举办的大型群众性活动越来越多、规模越来越大,公安机关所面临的人群管理困境则越来越明显。如何合理安排警力、克服人流影响、充分发挥警力作用、有效发现排除治安隐患、适应复杂地形成为重要的研究课题。警用无人机系统可以通过扩展信息获取视角、摆脱人流限制、提高见警率、与高新技术结合及增强场地适应能力等多种途径缓解大型群众性活动中人群管理的压力。提出培养足量优质的警用无人机驾驶员、亟须设置专用加密指挥通信频道和增强警企深度合作等建议。In recent years,more and more major events were held in China,and the scale is getting bigger and bigger.Meanwhile,it is more and more stressful for the public security organization to manage the crowd in a major event.How to arrange the police force reasonably,overcome the influence of people flow,give full play to the role of police force,effectively find and eliminate hidden dangers of public security,and adapt to complex terrain has become an important research topic.The police UAV system can relieve the pressure of crowd management in major events in many ways,such as expanding the information acquisition perspective,getting rid of the restriction of human flow,improving the police visibility,and strengthening the adaptability of the site with high-tech combined.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the future,such as the shortage of UAV pilot,encrypted the control channel and deep cooperation between police and enterprises.
