摘　　要：自发性椎动脉夹层确切发病机制尚不明确,长期颈部不良姿势可能与之有关,高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像是明确椎动脉夹层的有效手段。该文报道1例颈部不良姿势致自发性椎动脉夹层患者,并结合文献进行分析,探讨长期颈部不良姿势对自发性椎动脉夹层的影响,为临床医师提供参考。The exact pathogenesis of spontaneous vertebral artery dissection(SVAD)is unclear and may be associated with long-term poor neck posture.High resolution magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging is an effective method to determine VAD.The authors reported a case of ischemic stroke caused by SVAD and conducted a review based on the literature to explore the influence of long-term poor neck posture on SVAD,so as to provide reference for clinicians.
