Effects of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Omeprazole on Endoscopic Grading and Levels of Gastrin and Motilin in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎(RE)对患者内镜分级、胃肠激素水平的影响。方法:选取上海市东方医院吉安医院2019年4月至2021年4月收治的RE患者88例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组予以奥美拉唑治疗,观察组加用康复新液治疗,持续用药8周。比较两组内镜分级、胃肠激素水平、胃食管反流症状诊断问卷(GerdQ)评分及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后内镜分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平分别为(176.96±15.43)pg/mL、(324.25±22.56)ng/L高于对照组,GerdQ评分为(5.32±1.07)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应。结论:康复新液联合奥美拉唑可增强RE治疗效果,改善患者内镜分级,加快胃肠激素水平复常,促进临床症状消失,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE)on endoscopic grades,gastrointestinal hormone levels and safety.Methods:A total of 88 patients with RE admitted to Ji’an Hospital of Shanghai Oriental Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with Kangfuxin liquid for 8 weeks.The endoscopic grades,gastrointestinal hormone levels,gastroesophageal reflux symptom diagnostic questionnaire(GerdQ)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The endoscopic grading of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)in the observation group after treatment were(176.96±15.43)pg/mL,(324.25±22.56)ng/L,higher than the control group,GerdQ score of(5.32±1.07)points,lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole can enhance the therapeutic effect of RE,improve the endoscopic grading of patients,accelerate the normalization of gastrointestinal hormone levels,and promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,which is safe and reliable.
