摘　　要：本文分析了浙江省地方标准DB33/T 1166—2019《城镇生活垃圾分类标准》(以下简称:《标准》)发布的背景和生活垃圾分类的历史沿革,介绍了垃圾类别、分类投放、分类收集、分类运输及分类处理等主要内容,分析了《标准》的特点和实施效果。浙江省生活垃圾分类治理的工作实践表明,《标准》规范了城镇生活垃圾分类工作,有效推动了政策制度的完善,加快了分类标准体系的建设,促进了源头减量的成效,推进了分类模式的创新和数字化监管水平的提升,形成了分类投放、分类收集、分类运输和分类处理的全链条生活垃圾分类治理体系。This paper analyzes the background of the promulgation of Zhejiang Province DB33/T 1166—2019Classification standard of urban domestic waste(hereinafter referred to as the"Standard")and the historical evolution of domestic waste classification.The main contents such as classification and processing are analyzed,and the characteristics and implementation effects of the"Standard"are analyzed.The work practice of domestic waste classification management in Zhejiang Province shows that the"Standard"regulates the classification of urban domestic waste,effectively promotes the improvement of the policy system,accelerates the construction of the classification standard system,promotes the effect of source reduction,and promotes the classification model.The innovation and the improvement of digital supervision level have formed a whole-chain domestic waste classification management system of classified delivery,classified collection,classified transportation and classified processing.
