PRF联合龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗慢性牙周炎临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察局部应用富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)联合龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取笔者医院2019年3月-2020年10月收治的94例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组47例,采用龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗;观察组47例,采用PRF联合龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、牙周指标、炎性因子、Buser红色美学指数(PES)效果评分及不良反应。结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为97.9%、91.5%,观察组略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组牙周指标、炎性因子、PES评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组以上指标均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为6.4%、10.6%,观察组略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PRF联合龈下刮治、根面平整术治疗慢性牙周炎效果满意,能够有效改善患者的牙周指标,抑制炎症反应,可获取良好的美学效果。Objective To observe the effect of PRF combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 94 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected,47cases in the control group were treated with subgingival scaling and root planing,47 cases in the observation group were treated with PRF combined with subgingival scaling and root planing.The total effective rate,periodontal indicators,inflammatory factors,Buser Red Aesthetic Index(PES)cosmetic effect score,adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.9%and 91.5%,the observation group was slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in periodontal indicators,inflammatory factors and PES scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the above items of two groups were significantly improved,and the above items of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 6.4%and 10.6%,the observation group was slightly lower than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion PRF combined with subgingival scaling and root planing in the treatment of chronic periodontitis has satisfactory effect,it can effectively improve the patient’s periodontal indicators,inhibit inflammation,and obtain good aesthetic effects.
