微生态制剂联合双环醇治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合双环醇治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床效果。方法随机将新密市第一人民医院收治的96例NAFLD患者分为A、B两组,各48例。A组服用双环醇,B组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片。比较两组肝功能相关指标、血脂指标、肝纤维化指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、黏连蛋白、透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原水平下降,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合双环醇治疗NAFLD患者,可有效改善患者的肝功能、血脂水平和肝纤维化进程,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bifidobacterium tetracycline live tablet combined with bicyclol in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 96 patients with NAFLD who were admitted to Xinmi First People’s Hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 48 cases in each group.Group A accepted bicyclic alcohol,while group B accepted bifidobacterium tetracycline live tablets on the basis of group A.The levels of liver function indexes,blood lipid levels,liver fibrosis indexes,total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,total bilirubin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,laminin,hyaluronic acid and typeⅢprocollagen of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of above indexes in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetracycline live tablets combined with bicyclol in the treatment of NAFLD patients can improve the liver function,blood lipid levels and liver fiber process of patients,and has high safety.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
