摘 要:利用透射电镜技术研究了江西特有黄化茶树资源黄金菊与正常茶树品种宁州2号的第2叶、第4叶的亚细胞叶绿体结构差异。结果发现遮荫的黄金菊与宁州2号在亚细胞结构和分布规律方面基本一致,但是叶绿体结构差异明显。黄金菊第2叶叶绿体数量偏少,基粒片层堆叠明显少于宁州2号;且黄金菊第4叶基粒片层堆叠多于第2叶,但仍少于宁州2号。叶绿体片层堆叠情况与其含量测定的结果基本一致。同时发现,遮荫处理后的黄金菊叶色变绿,叶绿体片层堆叠也明显增多。研究结果表明,黄金菊黄化可能与叶绿体片层合成受阻有关,该结果为深入了解黄金菊黄化的机理提供了数据支撑。The subcellular chloroplast structure of the second and fourth leaves of yellow tea cultivar Huangjinju and normal green tea cultivar Ningzhou 2 were studied by transmission electron microscope. It was found that there were no significant differences in subcellular structure and distribution. However, there were significant differences in chloroplast structure.Compared to Ningzhou 2, smaller chloroplasts and less grana lamellae were found in Huangjinju. The chloroplast lamellae numbers were obviously less than those of Ningzhou 2. The grana lamellae of the fourth leaf were more than those of the second leaf, but still less than those of Ningzhou 2. The chloroplast lamellae numbers were consistent with the chlorophyll contents determined. Furthermore, the leaves of Huangjinju turned green, and the chloroplast lamellae numbers increased under shading treatment. The results indicated that the yellow of Huangjinju was correlated with the biosynthesis of chloroplast lamellae, which can provide data support for further understanding its yellowing mechanism in Huangjinju.
