摘 要:针对市售带锯床普遍没有配套半球形异形金属件锯切夹持工装的问题,设计了一种带锯床用半球形金属件专用可调夹持装置,通过简单合理的结构设计与方便快捷的操作过程实现工件锯切位置与角度的可调性,有效解决了现有平口钳夹具径向夹持半球形工件时安全风险高、尺寸控制精度差等问题。另外,完成了空心半球形工件专用的快速吊装装置设计,配合使用情况下可显著减少劳动强度,提高同类金属工件的锯切效率与安全性。Aiming at the problem that the commercially available band sawing machines generally do not have a supporting tool for sawing and clamping of hemispherical shaped metal parts, this paper designs a special adjustable clamping device for hemispherical metal parts for band sawing machines. The adjustability of the sawing position and angle of the workpiece is realized through a simple and reasonable structure design and a convenient and quick operation process. The invention effectively solves the problems of high safety risk and poor dimensional control precision when the existing flat jaw clamps radially clamp the hemispherical workpiece. In addition, a special quick lifting device for hollow hemispherical workpieces is designed, which can significantly reduce labor intensity and improve the sawing efficiency and safety of similar metal workpieces.
