摘  要:通过Hyper Mesh建立了汽车前防撞梁及吸能盒正面碰撞模型,以防撞梁及吸能盒的截面形状、截面尺寸、材料、厚度与吸能盒诱导槽位置作为设计变量,以加速度峰值、最大吸能和最大压溃量作为约束,以质量最小作为目标,通过Isight进行DOE实验设计和优化。结果表明,优化后前防撞梁与吸能盒总质量降低了39.2%,轻量化效果显著,碰撞性能明显提升。铝合金比强度、比刚度高,耐腐蚀性好,密度是钢的1/3,是汽车轻量化的重要材料,优化结果表明,调整壁厚和截面形状的铝合金防撞梁总成结构的吸能性能最好,比原钢质件提高约6.6%,同时减重49.38%。A frontal collision model of automobile front anti-collision beam and energy absorbing box is established by HyperMesh. The section shape, section size, material and thickness of the anti-collision beam and energy absorbing box and the position of the induction slot of the energy absorbing box are taken as design variables, the peak acceleration,maximum energy absorption and maximum collapse are taken as constraints, and the minimum mass is taken as the goal.DOE design and optimization are carried out using Isight. The results show that after optimization, the total mass of the front anti-collision beam and energy absorption box decreases by 39.2%, the lightweight effect is significant, and the collision performance is significantly improved. At the same time. aluminum alloy has high specific strength, specific stiffness, good corrosion resistance, its specific gravity is 1/3 of steel, and it is an important material for automobile lightweight. The optimization results show that the energy absorption performance of the aluminum alloy anti-collision beam assembly structure adjusted by the wall thickness and section shape is the best, which is about 6.6% higher than the original steel parts, and the weight is 49.38% lower.
