摘 要:针对航空发动机矢量尾喷管调节环结构轻量化问题,开展拓扑优化设计研究。对调节环进行静力分析,获得其不同工况下受力情况。以轻量化为目标,对结构进行拓扑优化。综合考虑8种工况,对调节环进行拓扑优化,在保证结构工作强度的情况下,使调节环减重25%,达到设计指标,可为今后航空领域结构轻量化设计提供参考依据。Topological optimization design is carried out to solve the lightweight problem of aero-engine vector-nozzle regulating ring structure.The static analysis of the regulating ring is carried out to obtain the force conditions under different working conditions.The topology optimization of the structure is carried out with the goal of lightweight.Eight working conditions are considered to optimize the topology of the regulating ring,the weight of the regulating ring is reduced by 25%under the condition of ensuring the working strength of the structure and reaching the design target.It can provide reference for structural lightweight design in aviation field in the future.
