摘 要:目的探讨OEC管理法在本科《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取广州南方学院护理学专业2019级和2020级共350名学生为研究对象,按照不同年级将其分为试验组(2020级,172人)和对照组(2019级,178人),试验组学生采用OEC管理法进行实训教学管理,对照组学生采用传统管理法进行实训教学管理,比较试验后两组学生的期末实训成绩、实训基地管理效果、实训课满意度。结果试验组学生的实训考核成绩、实训基地管理效果、实训课满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OEC管理法应用于基础护理学实训教学管理能够有效提升护生技能操作水平,提高其自我管理能力和满意度,促进基础护理学实训教学质量的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of OEC management method in the practice teaching of basic nursing.Methods A total of 350 nursing students of grade 2019 and Grade 2020 in Guangzhou Nanfang College were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling.According to different grades,they were divided into experimental group(grade 2020,172 students)and control group(grade 2019,178 students).The students of experimental group adopted OEC management method for practical training teaching management,while the students of control group adopted traditional management method for practical training teaching management.The final practical training score,practical training base management effect,and practical training course satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the experiment.Results The Practical training and assessment scores,practical training base management effect and practical training course satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OEC management mode can effectively improve the skill operation level,self-management ability and satisfaction of nursing students,promoting the improvement of practical teaching quality of basic nursing.
