血同型半胱氨酸、尿酸与帕金森病伴发抑郁的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)与帕金森病(PD)伴发抑郁的临床相关性。方法本次纳入对象为我院神经内科2021年1月至2022年5月收治的帕金森病患者120例,均开展汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)评分,依据评分结果分组,其中得分≥8分为PD伴抑郁,纳入研究组(n=72),得分<8分为不伴抑郁,纳入对照组(n=48)。检测并比较两组UA与Hcy水平,同时依据HAMD-24评分将研究组划分为轻度抑郁组(n=20)、中度抑郁组(n=35)及重度抑郁组(n=17),检测并比较3组HCY与UA水平,并分析Hcy、UA与PD伴发抑郁的相关性。结果研究组Hcy指标明显高于对照组,UA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。Hcy水平比较轻度抑郁组<中度抑郁组<重度抑郁组,UA水平比较轻度抑郁组>中度抑郁组>重度抑郁组,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(F=21.611/28.364,P<0.001)。Person相关分析显示Hcy、UA水平与PD伴发抑郁明显相关(r=0.463/-0.956,P<0.001)。结论Hcy水平与PD伴发抑郁呈正相关,而UA与其呈负相关关系。Objective To analyze the clinical correlation of blood homocysteine(Hcy),uric acid(UA)and depression with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods The included subjects were 120 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022.The patients with PD with depression were included in the study group(n=72),and those with a score of<8 without depression were included in the control group(n=48.The levels of UA and Hcy in the two groups were detected and compared,and the study group was divided into mild depression group(n=20),moderate depression group(n=35)and severe depression group(n=17)according to HAMD-24 score.The levels of HCY and UA in the three groups were detected and compared,and the correlation between Hcy,UA and PD with depression was analyzed.Results Compared with the Hcy index,the study group was significantly higher than the control group,while the UA level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001).Severe depression group>moderate depression group>severe depression group,the difference was statistically significant(F=21.611/28.364,P<0.001);Person correlation analysis showed that Hcy and UA levels were significantly correlated with PD with depression(r=0.463/-0.956,P<0.001).Conclusion Hcy level is positively correlated with PD with depression,while UA is negatively correlated with it.
