基于Web of science脑卒中深静脉血栓研究热点可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析自建库至2021年9月脑卒中深静脉血栓相关英文核心文献中的研究热点和发展前沿,以便于掌握当前预防脑卒中深静脉血栓的研究方向及发展趋势,为进一步预防脑卒中深静脉血栓、开展新科学技术预防脑卒中深静脉血栓的形成提供参考价值。方法以Web of science核心合集数据库为数据来源,采用文献可视化分析软件cite space5.8进行可视化分析。结果本研究共检索到有效文献1267篇,美国发文量居首位,文献最高被引频次达53次,高频关键词有静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞、脑卒中、危险因素等。高强度突现词为脑卒中深静脉溶栓、治疗方案及治疗措施等。结论脑卒中深静脉血栓静脉溶栓、并发症的预防为该领域目前研究热点和发展前沿;我国与其他国家科研的合作中心度较弱,说明我国与其他国家之间的合作较少,在未来该领域的研究需要加强多国家之间的合作。Objective To analyse the self-built database to deep vein thrombosis cerebral apoplexy in September 2021 the English core research hot spot in the literature and the development of cutting-edge,in order to grasp the current stroke prevention research direction and development trend of deep vein thrombosis,in order to further prevent deep vein thrombosis,cerebral apoplexy in developing new technology to prevent stroke provide reference value for the formation of deep vein thrombosis.Methods With Web of science core database as data source,cite space5.8 was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 1267 valid papers were retrieved,and the number of papers published in the United States ranked the first,with the highest citation frequency of 53 times.The high-frequency keywords were venous thrombosis,pulmonary embolism,stroke,risk factors,etc.Words with high intensity were deep vein thrombolysis,treatment plan and treatment measures for cerebral apoplexy.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis and prevention of complications of stroke deep vein thrombosis are the research hotspot and development frontier in this field.The weak degree of cooperation between China and other countries indicates that there is little cooperation between China and other countries.In future research in this field,cooperation between multiple countries should be strengthened.
