摘　　要：重返工作是指患者由于受伤或患病而离职后,再重新返回工作岗位,并继续从事相关工作。重返工作是癌症幸存者迈向康复的关键一步。文章就国内外癌症幸存者重返工作现状及其影响因素、重返工作相关的测量工具进行综述,进一步探讨重返工作对癌症幸存者个人、家庭、社会的重要意义,旨在促进医护人员关注鼻咽癌幸存者重返工作的相关问题,为今后制定相关的干预措施和政策措施提供依据和借鉴内容,指导今后对鼻咽癌幸存者的干预支持工作,进一步提高我国鼻咽癌幸存者的重返工作率,提高其生活质量,以促使鼻咽癌幸存者能够更好地重返工作、融入社会。Returning to work refers to a patient who leaves work due to injury or illness and then returns to work and continues to do related work.Returning to work is a critical step toward recovery for cancer survivors.The paper reviews the status quo of cancer survivors’return to work at home and abroad,its influencing factors and measurement tools related to return to work,further discusses the significance of return to work for cancer survivors,their families and society,and aims to promote medical staff to pay attention to the issues related to return to work of nasopharyngeal cancer survivors.To provide the basis and reference for the development of relevant intervention measures and policy measures in the future,guide the intervention support work for Nasopharyngeal Cancer survivors in the future,and further improve the rate of returning to work of Nasopharyngeal Cancer survivors in China,improving their quality of life,help nasopharyngeal cancer survivors better return to work and integrate into society.
