摘 要:目的探析CBL(以案例为中心教学)联合PACS(医学影像存档与通讯系统)教学模式在本科生骨科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月期间在本院骨科参加临床带教课程的60名学生作为研究对象,随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,观察组30名采用CBL联合PACS教学模式,对照组30名采用传统教学模式,比较两组学生的主观感受与客观考试评价结果。结果观察组中教学模式满意度评分、提高读片能力评分、提高临床思维能力评分、提高表达交流能力评分、提高独立思考能力评分、有助于理解理论知识评分等其他内容评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组定性诊断分数、鉴别诊断分数、分析影响学征象分数、定位骨关节系统疾病分数等其他内容分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本科生骨科临床带教中应用CBL联合PACS可以提高教学效果,是一种有效、科学的教学模式,其应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application effect of CBL(case-centered teaching)combined with PACS(medical image archiving and communication system)in clinical teaching of orthopedics for undergraduates.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 students who participated in clinical teaching courses in the Department of Orthopaedics of our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group(30 students)used CBL combined with PACS teaching mode,while the control group(30 students)used traditional teaching mode.The subjective feelings and objective test evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the scores of teaching mode satisfaction,film reading ability,clinical thinking ability,communication ability,independent thinking ability and theoretical knowledge were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of qualitative diagnosis,differential diagnosis,analysis of influence signs and localization of bone and joint system diseases in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PACS in orthopedic clinical teaching for undergraduates can improve the teaching effect,and it is an effective and scientific teaching mode with high application value,which is worthy of universal application in clinical teaching.
