摘  要:目的研究PBL联合CBL教学法在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2018年9月—2019年12月进行内科住院医师规范化培训的医师60名,按照数字表随机法分成两组,对照组(n=30)应用传统讲授式教学法进行培训,观察组(n=30)则应用以问题为导向教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础教学法(case based learning,CBL)进行培训,两组培训时间2个月,2个月后进行考核评价,比较两组不同培训方式的应用效果,数据采用SPSS 20.0进行统计学分析。计数资料以名(%)表示,行χ^(2)检验,计量资料以(x±s)表示,行t检验,P<0.05则差异有统计学意义。结果观察组内科住院医师基础理论考试分数、技能操作考试分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组内科住院医师对本组教学法的学习兴趣、语言及沟通能力、创新思维及能力、临床操作技能、知识理解、利于临床工作、认同教学模式评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为96.67%,对照组总满意度为73.33%,观察组内科住院医师对本组教学法的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学法在内科住院医生规范化培训中应用效果显著,是优秀的教学方法。Objective To study the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training of internal medicine residents.Methods Sixty physicians who received standardized training for internal medicine residents in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to numerical table random method.The control group(n=30)was trained by traditional lecturing method.The observation group(n=30)was trained by the combination of problem-based learning(PBL)and case based learning(CBL).The training lasted for 2 months,and the assessment was carried out after 2 months.The application effects of different training methods in the two groups were compared,and SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Count was expressed as rate(%),χ^(2) test between groups,measurement was expressed as(x±s),t test between groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results The scores of basic theory test and skill test of internal medicine residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of learning interest,language and communication ability,innovative thinking and ability,clinical operation skills,knowledge understanding,benefit to clinical work and identification with teaching mode of internal medicine residents were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total satisfaction of the control group was 73.33%.The total satisfaction of the internal medicine residents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL is an excellent teaching method with remarkable effect in the standardized training of internal medicine residents.
