摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的(PBL)的教学法结合PACS病例随访在非影像医学专业临床医学超声住培教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年6—12月在我科轮转的40名非影像专业临床医学硕士研究生,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各20名。研究组采取新的教学模式——PBL结合PACS病例随访;对照组采取传统教学模式进行带教学习,出科时比较两组研究生的成绩,包括理论成绩及问卷调查。结果理论考核成绩比较,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果比较,研究组满意度(教学及考核模式满意度、提高解决问题能力、提高临床分析能力等)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合PACS病例随访教学方法在非影像专业临床医学学员超声住培教学中效果佳。Objective To explore the application value of PBL and PACS case follow-up in non imaging clinical medicine ultrasound teaching of standardized resident training.Methods Forty master of non imaging clinical medicine who were rotationing in the department of ultrasound from June to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 20 students in each group.In the observation group,new teaching model-PBL and PACS case follow-up were used for clinical teaching,while in the control group,the traditional teaching method was used,and the results of theoretical knowledge and questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups.Results The examination scores of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey of the two groups showed that students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability and solving problems ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PBL and PACS case follow-up teaching mode is helpful in non imaging clinical medicine ultrasound teaching of standardized resident training.
