摘 要:目的研究RIS-PACS系统联合相关AI技术在放射科实习教学中的应用价值和教学优势。方法连续性收集2018年5月—2019年5月在武汉协和医院放射科实习的100名临床医学五年制医学生,并随机分为两组。试验教学组在实习带教中使用RIS-PACS系统联合相关AI技术代替传统PPT课件讲授进行授课,对照组在实习中使用传统PPT进行授课。通过比较两组的出科阅片考试成绩,并通过出科学生填写问卷调查以反馈两组教学方式的教学体验与接收程度。结果在出科的阅片考试分数方面,对照组学生低于试验教学组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,在问卷调查方面,试验教学组学生在对教学直观性、教学模式满意度、激发学习兴趣及进一步强化理论知识掌握方面均优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论RIS-PACS系统联合AI技术的应用可弥补既往在放射科实习教学中有关理论教学的缺陷,并且可以直观、形象化地指导学生复习各系统典型病例的影像学表现,加深对解剖及疾病的认识,获得良好教学效果。实践证明,联合RIS-PACS系统及AI技术的医学影像教学模式是能够提高放射科本科实习生临床教学质量的优良手段。Objective To investigate the value and the advantages of RIS-PACS system combined with AI technology in medical imaging practice teaching.Methods We consecutively collected a total of 100 five-year intern students who practiced in the department of radiology of Wuhan Union Hospital form May 2018 to May 2019,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The RISPACS system in conjunction with the AI technology were used during the practice teaching in the experimental group instead of traditional PPT teaching,and the traditional PPT were used in the control group for teaching during the internship.By comparing the results of the two groups’tests and the ability of reading images,and through the questionnaire survey of the students in the departments,the studying experience and acceptance of the two teaching methods were fed back.Results The scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,as for the results of the questionnaire survey,there was a significant statistical difference in the motivation of learning,mastering of the medical imaging knowledge,teaching intuition and the satisfactory of the teaching model between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of RIS-PACS system combined with AI technology can make up for the shortcomings of previous theoretical teaching in radiology practice teaching,intuitively and visually guide students to review the imaging performance of typical cases in each system,deepen their understanding of anatomy and disease and gain excellent teaching effect.The practice has proved that the medical imaging teaching mode combined with RIS-PACS system and AI technology is an excellent mean to improve the quality of clinical teaching of radiology undergraduate interns.
