摘  要:目的探讨微视频在临床麻醉中的教学效果。方法选取2020年6—12月在兰州大学第一医院麻醉科进行住院医师规范化培训学员和实习医生共计30名作为研究对象,随机分为常规教学组和微视频教学组,每组15名。两组学员分别参加常规教学和微视频教学,培训学员进入麻醉科培训6月后进行理论考核和临床能力考核,同时采用问卷调查的方式对培训学员进行评价。结果微视频教学组学员理论知识和临床技能操作考核成绩高于常规教学组(P<0.05);两组学员的自主学习能力、记忆理论知识、临床操作能力、解决突发情况能力和创造思维能力自我评估得分,微视频教学组学员高于常规教学组(P<0.05);微视频教学组学员教学满意度高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉专业的临床实习和住院医师规范化培训过程中,采取微视频教学法,可以提高学生的理论知识和临床技能成绩,同时提高学员的临床思维能力和临床实习兴趣,提高教学效果。Objective Exploring the effectiveness of microvideo for teaching in clinical anesthesia.Methods A total of 30 trainees and interns undergoing residency standardized training in the department of anesthesiology at the first hospital of lanzhou university from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the conventional teaching group and the microvideo teaching group,with 15 trainees in each group.The trainees in both groups participated in the conventional teaching and micro-video teaching,and theoretical and clinical ability assessments were conducted after the trainees entered the anesthesiology department for 6 months.Results The self-assessment scores of self-learning ability,memorization of theoretical knowledge,clinical operation ability,ability to solve unexpected situations and creative thinking ability were higher in the micro-video teaching group than in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching was higher in the microvideo teaching group than in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching in the microvideo teaching group was higher than that in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical internship and standardized residency training in anesthesia,the adoption of micro-video teaching method can improve students’theoretical knowledge and clinical skills performance,as well as improve trainees’clinical thinking ability and interest in clinical practice,and improve the teaching effect.
