摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是国内外毕业后医学教育的主要环节,在医学终身教育及继续医学教育中发挥着承前启后的关键作用,是提升临床医师专业素养、优化医疗质量、培养更高层次医疗人才的关键步骤。提高住院医师岗位胜任力是住院医师规范化培训的核心内容。文章以昆明医科大学第一附属医院医学影像科住院医师规范化培训基地为核心,研究基于岗位胜任力的医学影像科住培学员教学实践,旨在探索如何在医学影像学住培医生培训中加强对影像思维和临床胜任力的培养,开具出具有放射科特色的培养模式,实现住院医师规范化培训规范化、同质化,以期培养出高素质的医学人才。Standardized training of residents is the main form of medical education after graduation at home and abroad,which plays a key role in connecting the past with the future in medical lifelong education and continuing medical education,and is a key step to improve clinicians’professional quality,optimize medical quality and train higher-level medical talents.Improving resident’s post competency is the core content of resident standardized training.With the medical imaging department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University as the core,this paper studies the teaching practice of medical imaging discipline training students based on post competence,aiming at discussing how to strengthen the training of imaging thinking and clinical competence in the training of medical imaging discipline training doctors,drawing up a training mode with characteristics of radiology,realizing standardization and homogenization of standardized training for residents,with a view to cultivating high-quality medical talents.
