摘 要:科学素养能力是科研工作者的重要基石,也是国家科技创新人才科研能力的根本体现。研究生科学素养能力的强弱,体现出研究生培养质量的高低,每个研究生教育工作者都应该重视研究生学科素养培养。二年级是学术型研究生科学素养启蒙阶段,也是科研能力培养的开端,如何抓住这个关键期,培养其科研兴趣和科研思维能力,关系到学术型研究生培养质量。经多年实践,探索出“多学科、博士带硕士、研究生为主体、教师指导、命题下自学、竞赛检验”的培养模式,以满足二年级学术型研究生科学素养培养需要。通过在学位论文开题报告、学位专业课的教学实践及第四届“疫苗研发及其技术展望”全国研究生学术论坛的推广,这一培养模式得到师生认可。Scientific competency is not only an important cornerstone ability for scientific researchers,but also the fundamental embodiment of scientific capabilities of the national science and technology innovation talents.The level of graduate students’scientific literacy and ability reflects the quality of their training.Every graduate school faculty should prioritize the cultivation of graduate students’discipline competency.The second year of graduate studies is the enlightening period for scientific competency for academic graduate students,and it also marks the beginning of scientific capability cultivation.How this critical period is utilized to cultivate their research interest and scientific research thinking relates to the quality of training for academic graduate students.After years of practice,we have created a training model that incorporates elements include"multi-disciplinary,postgraduate coaching graduate,graduate student-focused,teacher-instructing,designated self-study,and testing with contest"to meet the requirement for scientific competency training for second year academic graduate students.Through application in thesis proposal report,degree courses teaching practice and the Fourth National Postgraduate Academic Forum on"Vaccine Research Development and Its Technology Prospects",this training model has been recognized by teachers and students.
