摘　　要：中医运气学,又被称为“五运六气”,简称运气,是中国古代研究天地、气候变化以及相应变化对自然界,包括人体生命影响的一门科学。运用运气学理论来推演天地气候变化以及人体易感疾病的发生,对于指导疾病预防、诊断以及治疗都具有十分重要的意义。运用中医运气学来推演2022年运气变化及人体易感疾病的发生,能更好地发挥中医天人相应的整体观和辨证论治特色,指导中医临床诊疗。The science of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in traditional Chinese medicine is a science in ancient China to study the influence of heaven and earth,climate change and corresponding changes on nature,including human life.Using the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors to deduce the climate change of heaven and earth and the occurrence of human susceptible diseases is of great significance for guiding disease diagnosis,treatment and prevention.The application of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory to deduce the changes of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and the occurrence of human susceptible diseases in 2022 will help to give better play to the corresponding holistic view of heaven and man and the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
