引火汤的专科应用体会

摘　　要：引火汤出自清代医家陈士铎所著的《辨证录》,是为阴蛾者而设,也是引火归原法的代表方剂之一。作者从事心血管病专业,虽工作年限不长,但在积极学习与应用中药汤剂的过程中发现,应用引火汤作为基础方加减治疗老年慢性病,包括高血压病、冠心病、心律失常、心功能不全及心脏神经官能症时效果明显;对于部分平素因劳逸失常、饮食不节、情志不畅而诱发或发生相关疾病的中青年甚至青少年患者疗效可观。Yinhuo decoction is originated from the Syndrome Differentiation Record signed by Chen Shiduo in Qing Dynasty,is designed for female moth and is also one of the representative prescriptions of the method of inducing fire to return to the original.Although the author have not worked for a long time in the major of cardiovascular disease,in the process of actively learning and applying the traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the author found that the application of Yinhuo decoction as the basic prescription in the treatment of elderly chronic diseases,including hypertension,coronary disease,arrhythmia,cardiac insufficiency and cardiac neurosis,has obvious curative effect.For some young and middle-aged or even young patients with related diseases caused by dysfunctional,improper diet and emotional distress,the curative effect is considerable.
