摘  要:西医学习中医(以下简称“西学中”)培训作为中医药人才培养的形式之一,使西医临床医生能够运用中医、中西医结合方法看病治病,不仅让群众享受更优质的医疗服务,也能为国家储备一批中西医结合专家,推动中医药学术的发展,为发扬中医学做出新的贡献。此文以北京中西医结合学会开展基层医院“西学中”人才培养的实践为例,介绍了“西学中”培训班的培训方案和成效,并探讨了实践过程的问题与思考。As one of the forms of training traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents,“western physician learning TCM”program enables western clinicians to use TCM and integrated TCM and western medicine to treat diseases.As a result,not only will the people enjoy better medical services,it can also reserve a group of experts in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the country.It starts the development model of collating TCM by using western science and technology,realizes the research and promotion of TCM,and promotes the academic development,so as to make new contributions to the development of Chinese medicine.This paper takes the practice of“western physician learning TCM”in basic hospitals carried out by Beijing Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine as an example,introduces the training program and effect of the training course,as well as probes into the problems and thinking of the practice process.
