摘  要:目的探析临床路径教学模式对中医普外科护生的应急能力及操作技能的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年8月江西省中西医结合医院中医普外科60名护理专业实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将入选者分成对照组(30名,常规化带教)及观察组(30名,临床路径教学模式带教),评价对比组间应急能力及护理技能水平。结果观察组实习护生的理论知识、基础护理技能及专业护理技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生的急救动手能力、病情观察判断能力、应急配合能力等评价维度上的得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论临床路径教学模式可明显提升中医普外科护生的应急能力、操作技能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching mode on emergency response ability and operation skills of nursing students in general surgery department of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From May 2019 to August 2020,60 nursing interns from department of general surgery in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine teaching)and observation group(30 cases,clinical pathway teaching)according to random number grouping method.The emergency response ability and nursing skill level between the comparison groups were evaluated.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge,basic nursing skills and professional nursing skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the practical nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the evaluation dimensions of first aid operation ability,observation and judgment ability of illness condition,emergency coordination ability and so on,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching model can obviously improve the emergency response ability and operation skills of the nursing students of general surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worth popularizing.
