摘　　要：目的研究McKenzie疗法结合悬吊运动疗法治疗非特异性下背痛的疗效,探索非特异性下背痛的快速康复方法。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月在上海市瑞金康复医院康复医学科接受治疗的非特异性下背痛患者61例,按照治疗方法不同分为三组,分别为McKenzie疗法组、实施悬吊运动疗法的悬吊组及McKenzie疗法结合悬吊运动疗法的联合组。在治疗前,治疗4周后进行疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)和腰痛失能问卷表(ODI)评分对康复情况进行评估,并在1年后随访复发情况。结果治疗前,三组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,联合组VAS评分低于Mckenzie疗法组与悬吊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗前,三组ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,联合组ODI评分低于Mckenzie疗法组与悬吊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);三组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中联合组复发率最低(4.54%)。结论McKenzie疗法结合悬吊运动疗法治疗非特异性下背痛可以减轻疼痛,改善腰部功能,并减少复发率,在下背痛的康复治疗中有一定的应用前景。Objective To study the effect of McKenzie therapy combined with suspension exercise therapy on nonspecific lower back pain and explore a rapid rehabilitation method for nonspecific lower back pain.Methods A total of 61 patients with non-specific lower back pain who were treated in the department of rehabilitation medicine of Shanghai Ruijin Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into three groups:McKenzie therapy group,suspension exercise therapy group,and McKenzie therapy combined with suspension exercise therapy group.Before treatment and after 4weeks of treatment,the rehabilitation evaluation of pain visual analog scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability inventory(ODI)scores was performed,and the recurrence was followed up 1 year later.Results Before treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the McKenzie group and the suspension group(P<0.001);Before treatment,the ODI scores of the three groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the ODI scores of the combined group were lower than those of the McKenzie group and the suspension group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The recurrence rate of the three groups was significantly different(P<0.001),and the recurrence rate of the combined group was the lowest(4.54%).Conclusion McKenzie therapy combined with suspension exercise therapy can reduce the pain,improve the lumbar function and reduce the recurrence rate in the treatment of non-specific lower back pain.It has a certain application prospect in the rehabilitation treatment of lower back pain.
