摘　　要：陕西郭氏针灸学术流派植根于陕西医学的土壤,是长安医学的重要流派分支,其核心学术思想是在继承国医大师郭诚杰运用中医经典理论,在针灸、中药治疗疾病的实践基础上凝练而来。其临床思路以肝为枢,疏通调补并用;临床技法秉承针药结合,多法并举;倡导治养结合,治养并重。陕西郭氏针灸学术流派为临床治疗提供了更多思路。Shaanxi Guo’s acupuncture academic school is rooted in the soil of Shaanxi medicine and is an important branch of Chang’an medicine.Its core academic ideas are condensed on the basis of inheriting the traditional Chinese medicine master Guo Chengjie’s application of the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the practice of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases.Its clinical thinking takes the liver as the pivot,and the combination of dredging,regulating,and tonic is used.The clinical technique adheres to the combination of acupuncture and medicine.Simultaneous implementation of multiple methods,they initiated the combination of treatment and maintenance,and paying equal attention to both treatment and maintenance.Shaanxi Guo’s acupuncture academic school provides more ideas for clinical treatment.
