摘　　要：泌尿系统并发症是宫颈癌根治术中较常见且严重的并发症之一,及时发现和处理是改善结局的关键。本文主要介绍宫颈癌根治术中输尿管损伤、膀胱损伤及术后尿潴留的早期诊断、处理及预防的最新进展,以期提高我们早期发现、及时处理泌尿系统并发症的能力,减少严重并发症的发生并将对患者的危害降至最低。Urinary system complication is one of the common and serious complications in radical operation of cervical cancer.Timely detection and treatment is the key to improve the outcome.This article mainly introduces the latest progress in the early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of ureter injury,bladder injury and postoperative urinary retention during radical operation of cervical cancer,in order to improve our ability to detect and treat urinary system complications in time,reduce the occurrence of serious complications and minimize the harm to patients.
