摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术将聚酰胺6(PA6)纳米纤维沉积在聚丙烯(PP)纺黏无纺布表面,并在纳米纤维膜上面覆盖一层PP纺黏无纺布,得到了一种力学性能和过滤性能优异的PP/PA6/PP“三明治”结构的复合膜材料。研究发现:PP/PA6/PP复合膜的拉伸断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别是5.83 MPa和78.67%;复合膜中纳米纤维排列致密,纤维直径主要分布在50~200 nm,对颗粒物的过滤效率高达99.19%;复合膜与水之间的接触角>120°,具有优异的疏水性,可有效防止水分和唾液溅湿。利用复合膜材料制备的平面口罩的过滤效率≥99%,过滤阻力≤67 Pa。以上结果表明,PP/PA6/PP复合膜材料是一种制作高效低阻过滤器的理想材料。Polyamide 6(PA6)nanofibers are deposited on the surface of polypropylene(PP)spun-bond non-woven fabric by electrostatic spinning technology,and a layer of PP spun-bond non-woven fabric is covered on the nanofiber membrane.A sandwich PP/PA6/PP composite with excellent mechanical properties and filtration performance is obtained.The results show that the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break of PP/PA6/PP composite are 5.83 MPa and 78.67%,respectively.The nanofibers are densely arranged and the diameter is mainly distributed at 50~200 nm.The particle filtration efficiency is up to 99.19%.The contact angle between the surface of composite and water is greater than 120°,which could effectively prevent water and saliva splashing wet with excellent hydrophobicity.In addition,the filtration efficiency is greater than 99%and the resistance is lower than 67 Pa of the face mask prepared by the composite.The above results show that PP/PA6/PP composite is an ideal material for high efficiency and low resistance filter.
