提质培优视域下高职院校治理能力建设研究

摘　　要：高效治理是职业教育实现提质培优、增值赋能的根本保证。高职院校应该顺应国家治理体系和治理能力现代化大势,立足职业教育类型特征和高职院校办学规律,结合本校实际情况,坚持问题导向和目标导向,从供给侧视角谋划学校治理改革和发展问题,解决好治理主体、治理内容、治理方式、治理手段等关键问题,协调好内外关系,整合利益相关方力量,共同推进学校高质量发展。Efficient governance is an important guarantee for vocational education to achieve quality improvement,excellence cultivation and value-added empowerment.Higher vocational colleges should comply with the general trend of modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and the characteristics of vocational education types and the school running laws of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should adhere to problem orientation and goal orientation,plan school governance reform and development from the supply-side,and solve key problems such as governance subjects,governance contents,governance methods and governance means.Higher vocational colleges should coordinate internal and external relations and integrate the forces of all stakeholders to promote the high-quality development of the school.
