新时代下高职院校师资链模型的构建探析

摘　　要：新时代下高素质的“双师”型教师队伍,对提升高职院校人才培养质量、实现高职教育的可持续发展具有重大意义。针对当前高职院校双师型师资队伍建设中存在培养“双师”队伍的理念与实践脱节、兼职师资队伍的使用与管理上缺乏协同、“双师”队伍的考核与激励机制不够完善等问题,尝试着从供需链、价值链、专业链和空间链四个维度构建高职院校师资链模型,并从体制机制创新、“双师”团队培育、协同创新平台构建等方面提出促进师资链整合优化的对策思考。The high-quality dual-qualification teacher team is of great significance to improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and realizing the sustainable development of higher vocational education in the new era.Based on the analysis of the current disjointness between the concept and practice of cultivating the double-qualified teacher team,the lack of coordination in the use and management of the part-time faculty team,and the inadequate assessment and incentive mechanism of the“dual-teacher”team in the construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper attempts to construct a teacher chain model in higher vocational colleges from the four dimensions of supply and demand chain,value chain,professional chain and space chain.It also proposes countermeasures to promote the integration and optimization of the teacher chain from the aspects of system and mechanism innovation,dualqualification teacher cultivation,and collaborative innovation platform construction.
