高校专业课教师“思政教育”能力培养--以扬州三所本科院校为例

摘  要:“课程思政”是一种新的课程理念,是教师完成育人使命的根本遵循。专业课在人才培养方案中处于核心地位,专业课教师在学生心目中威望较高,专业课教师已然成为“思政育人”的中坚力量。目前高校专业课教师普遍存在“思政教育”能力不足的问题,这从根本上影响了学生的全面发展。通过总结高校专业课教师“思政教育”能力的现状,分析制约“思政教育”能力发展的主要原因,提出从转变理念、加强培训、改进方法和协同推进四个方面来提高专业课教师“思政能力”的路径。“Curriculum ideology and politics”is a new curriculum idea,is the fundamental follow of teachers to complete the mission of educating people.Professional courses are in the core position in the talent training program,and professional course teachers have high prestige in the eyes of students,and professional course teachers have become the backbone of“ideological and political education”.At present,teachers of specialized courses in colleges and universities generally have the problem of insufficient ability of“ideological and political education”,which fundamentally affects the all-round development of students.By summarizing the current situation of the“ideological and political education”ability of teachers in specialized courses in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the main reasons that restrict the development of the“ideological and political education”ability,and puts forward the ways to improve the“ideological and political education”ability of teachers in specialized courses from four aspects:changing ideas,strengthening training,improving methods and coordinating promotion.
