摘 要:虽然导航系统在骨科的手术中已经使用了20余年,但在骨肿瘤外科的应用较少且存在争议,因为耗时、设备昂贵且并没有明确的证据证实其在骨肿瘤外科中的作用。新型的O-Arm导航于2000年引入国内,最多应用于脊柱外科尤其是脊柱畸形手术中,应用于骨肿瘤手术的鲜有报道,现就O-Arm导航应用于骨肿瘤外科的现状、问题及应用前景展望述评如下。一、O-Arm导航原理及其在骨科的应用历史O-Arm导航系统是通过红外线的发射与接收从而实现对不同几何排列的反射小球的追踪。With the rapid development of computer-assisted navigation technology,O-Arm navigation has become a representative of modern image-guided surgery that is most widely used in clinical practice.In recent years,the advantages of O-Arm navigation have been fully demonstrated in the field of bone tumor surgery,especially for bone tumors in complex anatomical areas such as pelvis and sacrum.It improves the accuracy and safety of surgical resection,effectively reduces the tumor recurrence rate with important clinical significance.This paper mainly reviews the current situation,limitations and application prospect of O-Arm navigation in bone tumor surgery based on personal experience from clinical practice.It is expected to serve as a reference for further development of O-Arm navigation in the future.
