摘  要:为对甘肃省张掖市多个地区肉鸡饲养场的致病菌进行分离鉴定,采集病鸡组织样品进行细菌分离,鉴定出鸡白痢沙门氏菌、鸡伤寒沙门氏菌、禽致病性大肠埃希氏菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌,将分离菌株分别接种于培养基收获菌体抗原,经终浓度为3 mL/L的甲醛灭活后,与ISA 206佐剂进行乳化,初步研制成功禽沙门氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌、巴氏杆菌三联四价灭活疫苗,并对该疫苗的物理性状、安全性和免疫效果等进行试验。结果显示,制备灭活疫苗的黏度、稳定性、无菌检验和安全性检验均合格,攻毒后对照组鸡全部发病(10/10),而免疫鸡的保护率为100%,将该疫苗接种1日龄白羽肉鸡,首免间隔14 d进行二免试验,42日龄出栏时,保护率达到90%。In this study,Salmonella pullorum,Salmonella typhi,avian pathogenic Escherichia coli and Pasteurella multocida were isolated from the tissue samples collected from dead chickens,and the isolated strains were inoculated into the appropriate medium to harvest the bacteria to prepare antigens.After inactivation with formaldehyde at a final concentration of 3mL/L,ISA206adjuvant was added for emulsification to preliminarily develop avian Salmonella,Escherichia coli and Pasteurellatriple,tetravalent inactivated vaccines,and the physical properties,safety and immune effect of the vaccines were tested.The results showed that the viscosity,stability,sterility test and safety test of the prepared multi-inactivated vaccine were qualified.The protection rate of immunized chickens after challenge was 100%.All the chickens in the control group were affected(10/10).One-day-old white-feather broilers were vaccinated with the vaccine,and the vaccine immunity test was carried out for the second immunization 14days after the first immunization,and the slaughter rate reached 90%.
