摘 要:微生物对青贮饲料发酵起至关重要的作用,青贮发酵过程中菌群结构的演替变化直接决定青贮饲料的品质,而环境条件的改变容易引起多种腐败菌的大量繁殖,导致青贮饲料腐败变质,饲喂后会引起腹泻、流产等临床症状,引起生产力下降甚至中毒死亡。因此,控制各种腐败菌的生长繁殖是青贮饲料制作技术的关键。论文主要综述了引起青贮饲料腐败变质的主要微生物及其致病特点,并且提出了相应的防控措施,为严格控制青贮饲料制作条件提供借鉴,为牛羊养殖提供优质青贮饲料奠定基础。Microorganisms have important effects on silage, and the change of microorganism community structure during silage fermentation directly determines the quality of silage.However, alternations in environmental conditions can easily cause a large number of pathogenic bacteria to multiply, and lead to spoilage of silage, and cause clinical symptoms such as diarrhea and miscarriage after feeding, resulting in decreased productivity and even death from poisoning.Controlling the growth and reproduction of various pathogenic bacteria is the key in silage production technology.In this paper, the main microorganism causing silage spoilage and their propagation conditions were reviewed to provide reference for strictly controlling the production conditions of silage, and to lay a foundation for providing high-quality silage for sheep.
