摘  要:面对复杂多变零部件的多工序生产制造,采用传统制造人工经验式装夹工艺规划已不适应现代制造系统柔性化、复合化和智能化要求。面向大规模定制、大批量生产的现代多工序制造系统,装夹工艺规划是关键,综述包括零部件数字信息模型建立、特征工艺设定、制造资源能力分析、装夹工艺规程生成等装夹规划和柔性数控工艺装置(又称柔性夹具)设计等两大方面,并对这两方面未来发展应用趋势进行展望。Facing the multi process manufacturing of complex and changeable parts,the clamping process planning based on traditional manufacturing manual experience can not meet the requirements of flexibility,compounding and intelligence requirements of modern manufacturing system.In the modern multi process manufacturing system for mass customization and mass production,clamping process planning is the key.The establishment of parts digital information model,feature process setting,manufacturing resource capability analysis,clamping process specification generation,and flexible NC process device(also known as flexible fixture) design,were reviewed.The future development and application trend was prospected.
