摘  要:岩质连拱隧道采用钻爆法施工中,爆破对隧道围岩及中隔墙产生振动影响,需进行严格的振动控制.以某复式连拱隧道爆破施工为工程背景,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立数值仿真模型,研究上下台阶不同进尺下的爆破振动响应与不同隔振层参数下的减振技术.结果表明:1.2 m进尺爆破开挖下,先行洞复合式中墙的振动速度从迎爆侧边墙向拱顶和拱脚处逐渐减小,测点振速最大为66.9 cm/s,振速最小为1.22 cm/s;0.6 m进尺和1.2 m进尺爆破方案最大振动速度均出现在迎爆侧距离底板4.0 m左右处;在上下台阶爆破开挖时,上台阶引起中墙的振动较下台阶大,隔振层对复合式中墙隧道爆破振动控制具有显著作用.In the construction of rock multi-arch tunnel by drilling and blasting method,blasting has a vibration effect on the surrounding rock and the middle wall of the tunnel,so it is necessary to strictly control the vibration.Taking the blasting construction of a compound multi-arch tunnel as the engineering background,the numerical simulation model was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the blasting vibration response of the upper and lower steps with different footage and the vibration reduction technology with different vibration isolation layer parameters were studied.The results show that,under 1.2 m footage blasting excavation,the vibration velocity of the compound middle wall of the first tunnel gradually decreases from the side wall facing the blasting to the vault and arch foot,with the maximum vibration velocity of the measuring point being 66.9 cm/s and the minimum vibration velocity being 1.22 cm/s.The maximum vibration speed of 0.6 m footage and 1.2 m footage blasting schemes both appear at the distance of 4.0 m from the floor at the side facing the explosion.During the blasting excavation of upper and lower steps,the vibration of the middle wall caused by the upper step is larger than that caused by the lower step,and the vibration isolation layer plays a significant role in the blasting vibration control of the compound middle wall tunnel.
