芜萍对罗非鱼生长、肌肉营养与免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验采用试验生态学和生化分析方法,研究芜萍对罗非鱼生长性能、肌肉营养与免疫指标的影响,以期为新的饲料原料开发和罗非鱼肌肉品质改良提供参考。结果表明:经过8周的试验,各试验组的增重率随着芜萍添加比例增加呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,以C组最高,达到72.64%,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);肌肉中的粗灰分和粗蛋白质含量随芜萍添加比例的上升呈逐步增加趋势,而粗脂肪含量则以C组最高;其肌肉的总氨基酸(TAA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)和鲜味氨基酸(UAA)的含量、W_(EAA)/W_(TAA)与W_(EAA)/W_(NEAA)比值均以C组为最高,但与其他各组无显著差异(P>0.05);总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、溶菌酶(LZM)及丙二醛(MDA)均随芜萍添加比例的增加呈先升后降的趋势,其中C组的T-SOD活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上,在罗非鱼基础饲料中添加10%的芜萍粉具有明显促生长、提高免疫力的效果,同时对其肌肉的营养也有一定改善作用。In order to provide reference for developing new feed material and improving muscle quality of Tilapia,the effects of Wolffia arrhiza on growth performance,muscle nutrition and immune index of Tilapia were studied by means of experimental ecology and biochemical analysis.The results showed that after eight weeks of testing,the weight gain rate of all experimental groups increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the proportion of Wolffia arrhiza,the highest was in group C,reaching 72.64%,which was significantly higher than those in other groups (P0.05).The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),lysozyme(LZM) and malondialdehyde (MDA) all increased first and then decreased with the increase of the adding proportion of Wolffia arrhiza,and the T-SOD activity in group C among them was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05).To sum up,there has obvious effect of promoting growth,improving immunity and improving the nutrition of muscle through adding 10%Wolffia arrhiza into the basic diet of Tilapia.
